Additionally, the company offers a number of self employed Agent opportunities. If you share their values, work hard and give your best every day, they'll give you all the support you need to build a satisfying career there.

Agent (Self Employed)

You could be working for yourself as a self-employed Provident Agent in your local area, visiting new and existing customers in their homes to arrange their loans and manage their regular payments.

To be there for Provident's customers is a regular commitment, but without the mundane 9-5 constraints. So as long as you're there for the customers, you'll plan your own working day and week.

You don't even have to do it yourself. By using one or more Deputy Agents, you can get help with as much or as little of the work as you wish. You will need a great way with people, strong drive and an organised approach. Previous experience of working in a customer focused role is essential.

Your own car and phone or tablet are also essential kit, as once you are up and running, the company will give you access to special Apps that allow you to quickly and accurately record customer transactions on the go, leaving you free to do what you do best... And that's having exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide Provident's customers with the service they require.

Provident Agents have been providing great customer service, lending responsibly, understanding customers' needs, building lasting relationships and exceeding customer expectations since 1880. You could carry on that tradition in your local area. You'll benefit from a flexible structured induction to understand the legal and regulatory requirements of running an agency.

You'll have encouragement to help you deliver great customer service, support to ensure you lend and collect responsibly and the chance to enjoy running your own business. Support is also on offer from a local branch manager when needed.

Earnings are based on collections and are unlimited. There are opportunities for new Provident Agents to take on an existing agency, so start earning immediately.

Development Manager

Established in 1880, Provident are rapidly changing business. Over the past 2 years, they have seen a transformation through digitalisation and growth.

They are still the friendly face of finance and loans. They are proud of the foundations PFG has built for over 130 years. The company has transformed millions of lives by lending manageable amounts of money. And processed with simple, transparent repayment plans to our customers.

Provident want to grow and stand out from the crowd ...

You need the same qualities that have served the company so well since 1880. These include honesty, trust, understanding, a strong work ethic and ambition to match.

Provident are committed to providing fantastic opportunities for your development. They offer an environment where you can voice your ideas, plans and strategies.

Do you flourish in a fast paced customer environment and know how to get the best out of people?
Would you inspire Agents to strive for better opportunities, better results and more importantly, better lives?

Your primary focus in this role will be to develop self-employed agents and work with customers in their time of need.
