To be there for Provident's customers is a regular commitment, but without the mundane 9-5 constraints. So as long as you're there for the customers, you'll plan your own working day and week.

You don't even have to do it yourself. By using one or more Deputy Agents, you can get help with as much or as little of the work as you wish. You will need a great way with people, strong drive and an organised approach. Previous experience of working in a customer focused role is essential.

Your own car and phone or tablet are also essential kit, as once you are up and running, the company will give you access to special Apps that allow you to quickly and accurately record customer transactions on the go, leaving you free to do what you do best... And that's having exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide Provident's customers with the service they require.

Provident Agents have been providing great customer service, lending responsibly, understanding customers' needs, building lasting relationships and exceeding customer expectations since 1880. You could carry on that tradition in your local area. You'll benefit from a flexible structured induction to understand the legal and regulatory requirements of running an agency.

Milano in Dublin

Temple Bar

Set on two levels the restaurant has a lively and friendly atmosphere. In addition, there is focal an open plan kitchen where diners can watch the chefs hard at work.

Liffey Valley

This restaurant has two floors and a great al fresco area on the ground floor.

Clarion Quay

This is the perfect spot for a business lunch, to relax over the weekend or before heading to the 3Arena.

Grand Canal

This restaurant in the regenerated Docklands area has a stylish dining area overlooking the Grand Canal.

Haddington Road

Set partly in the former AIB Victoria House building , this restaurant also has one of the largest and most popular ‘al fresco’ areas in Dublin.


Milano Ranelagh is a bright and modern with seating spread over 2 floors.


This restaurant has two floors and two stunning al fresco areas – on the ground floor and large balcony.

The Commission has a board composed of a chairperson and eight regular members appointed by the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation.
