The HSE know the Irish healthcare system is facing significant challenges. They understand that if they are to continue to meet the needs of people who use their services, then they need to change the way they deliver services.
Community Healthcare Networks are being implemented across the country to deliver this change.
They will re-shape how the HSE deliver community healthcare services. Implementing these Networks supports their aim of moving to a system that sees more care delivered in the community. These Networks will support people to live more independently in their community by coordinating and integrating services.
