An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join a manufacturing company in Bandon.

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and analysing the current manufacturing system of production or provision to check it’s effective, and working out a strategy for improving if necessary.

Key responsibilities include:

Excellent customer service skills with both clients and suppliers

Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout.

General administration to assist quality and operations department

Communicate team goals and identify areas for new training or skill checks

Coordinate and assisting with team meetings and Tool Box talks to update members on best practices and continuing expectations

Monitor training needs of individuals ensuring they are H&S compliant, booking necessary training when required

File maintenance ensuring consistency and accuracy for folder structures

Key Attributes

Previous manufacturing production operations/ projects/process experience

Strong sense of customer focus and teamwork

Previously demonstrated flexibility and willingness to take on different job tasks

Self motivated/ proactive approach

Commitment to meet deadlines

‘Right first time’ attitude

Demonstrated technical writing skills in the generation of documents

Good planning and organisation skills essential
