Hours: 37/40 Hours per week (weekend on rotation may apply)

Contract Types: Full time permanent

Location: Clonakilty Co Cork

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Dealing with customer queries in a professional manner

• Processing customer applications

• Ensuring that a positive image / first impression is portrayed

• Providing administrative support

• Other operational duties as required

Experience and Attributes Required:

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills.

•          Fluent written and spoken English

•          Previous Customer Service experience desirable

•          Team player

•          Good PC Skills
