• APA Insurance Qualification at a minimum

As a Motor Claims Handler, you will be responsible for the desk-top administration, and negotiation of a portfolio of motor claims activities on behalf of one of our key clients in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Proactive end to end management of a portfolio of motor damage files with specific closure and quality targets

• Proactive investigation and settlement of claims in expedient and compliant manner

• Management of suppliers/vendors

Qualifications/skills:

• Completed APA qualification (CIP is a distinct advantage)

• Experience processing motor damage claims is essential

• Decision making and sound numeric skills

• High level interpersonal and communication (verbal/written) skills

• Experience in the engagement of suppliers and external vendors
