We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Organisation Project Manager to join our Sales Organisation Team. The Sales Organisation Project Manager ensures the smooth running of the Sales Operations Department and supports the Senior Project Managers with regards to daily tasks and projects. The Sales Organisation Project Manager will report directly to the Sales Organisation Senior Project Manager.

Your Tasks

• Involvement in exciting sales operations projects such as the rollout of new procedures in our stores
• Coordination and implementation of communication regarding sales projects
• Coordination of training events in stores and regional distribution centres with the rollout of any new projects or initiatives
• Maintaining, updating and releasing all training material with the rollout of new projects and initiatives
• Management of international deadlines
• Support the Project Managers in procedural documentation changes and updates
• Dealing with internal queries
• Management of invoices
• General reporting tasks within the department

Your Profile

• A 3rd level degree is advantageous but not essential.
• German is advantageous but not essential
• Store experience
• Attention to detail
• An ability to work to tight deadlines
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications
• Highly Analytical and Numerical
• A full clean driving license
• Must have the ability to work to deadlines and multitask
• Excellent organisational skills
