We offer a very market competitive salary of €22,000 with an excellent commission structure, you can expect to earn upwards of €35,000, with an opportunity to increase salary upon successful completion of insurance qualification
Sociable hours of work, we are open between 8am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 3pm on Saturday.
What skills & experience will you need?
Expert communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven track record in meeting targets and working in a busy environment
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent computer and keyboard skills
The ability to work as part of a team
Outstanding organisational skills with accuracy & attention to detail
Exceptional professionalism and pride in ensuring excellent customer care
What will you be responsible for?
Selling our products over the phone to new customers and retain our existing customers
Follow up on potential clients and outbound sales
To meet and exceed your assigned sales and call quality targets
Support the day-to day activities of the team
Offer advice on the insurance products we offer in accordance with regulation

This role is a “controlled function” as defined by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011. Any appointment will be conditional on the company being satisfied that the successful candidate meets the requirements as set out in the Fitness & Probity standards issued in this Act.
