Job brief
The HR Co-ordinator will provide a range of administrative supports to the HR Operations team. The role will also require co-ordination and organization of a wide range of HR activities within the team.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following
Co-ordinate the ASK HR system within EMEA
Co-ordinate the Requisition process in EMEA
Co-ordinate EMEA team meetings and follow up
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
Maintain records of HR data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
Maintain and support creation of HR policy and procedure
Support the recruitment/hiring process, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
Coordinate training sessions and seminars
Perform onboarding and update records with new hires
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback

Education and Experience
Degree in Human Resources or related area

Language Skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Fluency in a European language is an advantage

Computer Skills
Experience with HRIS
Highly proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience of ERP systems – Oracle an advantage

Work Requirements
