About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will work with one of our main clients based in Germany. The CS Agents are the first point of contact for customers regarding tax refunds, providing tax-free support to international tourists.
What you will do
Provide Tax-Free Service support to international tourists.
Interact with various tax-free departments as relevant.
Assist the marketing team with coordinating & implementing specific sales/promotional campaigns.
Build relationships with city marketing, etc.
Work on promotional activities for specific events and occasions.
Collect statistics, providing data & detailed information as required.
Collaborate with the client providing ad-hoc support.
Support customers on an on-going basis.
Who you are
Proven ability to provide a high standard of service.
Experience working with international customers.
Ability to work independently.
Previously completed tax-free service training.
What you will need to bring to Planet
Successfully completed commercial vocational training or studies.
At least 2 years’ experience in the retail sector.
Strong spoken and written German and English skills.
Ability to understand the Chinese language.
Other languages an advantage; Vietnamese and/or Thai.
