About the Role

We are looking for you to join Planet France, as a Payment Sales Executive on a permanent contract. The aim is to develop our sales by winning new customers while ensuring a very high quality of service to its interlocutors.


What you will do

You will be required to carry the following activities:

Respect of the fixed objectives of you customer’s portfolio prospection
Prospect and develop business, tender follow up
Develop the turnover within existing customer accounts,
Promote the image of the company on its market,
Collect and trace information on customer needs, market and competition
Being the key interlocutor of the customer and answering all customer issues
Ensure a very high quality of service
Coordination with technical and administrative payment teams
Ensure accurate reporting to our manager via Salesforce
Who you are

At least 2-3 years’ experience of performing field sales/account management ideally in the Retail /Payment services industry.
You have business knowledge in the world of web, e-commerce and payment
Must have a goal-orientated working knowledge within a performance related culture.
You knew how to build a professional network in this universe
You are dynamic, tenacious, persuasive and rigorous
Have excellent French communication and presentation skills; a good level of business English is a real “plus”
