Deirdre holds a Masters in Organisational Psychology/Behaviour, Bachelor of Education & English, BPS accredited Occupational & Personality Psychometric Test Administration qualification, Postgraduate Dip. in Event Management & PR, Postgrad Dip. in Employment Law and a Postgrad Dip. in Management & Leadership.
Deirdre’s interest in careers and work/organisational psychology stemed when she transitioned from primary school teaching to entering a successful career in business. Deirdre has worked in the areas of learning & development of employees and leaders, change management, management consulting, employee engagement and work culture, workplace design, people strategy design & implementation, talent development, psychometric testing and career succession planning.
