Juracy is the author of three books, including Navigating Ireland: Building Your Dream Career and Navigating Your Career: A Comprehensive Guide to Unlocking Your Professional Potential, both widely used as practical resources for job seekers seeking clarity, confidence, and structure in their career journeys. He has also written a children’s book, reflecting his belief that storytelling, education, and inclusion should start early.
Professionally, Juracy has worked with leading global organisations such as the World Health Organization (WHO), Google, and BNY Mellon Bank, where he held senior roles in recruitment, HR operations, learning and development, and diversity & inclusion. His work has spanned Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, supporting multicultural teams and complex organisational environments.

Originally from Brazil, Juracy has lived and worked in Brazil, Argentina, Ireland, and the Philippines. He is trilingual in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and is currently learning French.
