Background into Coaching
Kieran came to coaching following his own journey of personal development and explorationafter graduating from university. At that time, he was unsure of what direction to take and what his own unique offering was. Having secured work in a challenging economic environment within a small internship management agency, he continued to seek out that direction, a direction that fit with the sense of service that he wished to be the corner stone of his career. This exploration work led him to securing a role in the Community development sector. Kieran continued with that commitment to being open and proactive seeking out support including coaching.
