Lisa is a senior HR professional with over 27 years of experience across a broad range of sectors. These include banking, I.T., waste management, insurance, transport, manufacturing, government, NFP and retail. She holds a BA (Hons) degree from UCD and a post-graduate degree in Business Studies from the University of Ulster. Lisa has a Diploma in Executive and Leadership Coaching from the Coaching & Mentoring Partnership and is accredited in the 5 States of Success psychometric and coaching model.
Lisa has a proven track record in building positive and proactive relationships with colleagues and clients and is well qualified in managing the diversity of demands which arise in the course of day to day business and in focussed project work.
She has a special interest in employee engagement, company culture and leadership development. She also has substantial experience in the areas of HR operations, change, acquisition, TUPE and integration. With a significant history of start-ups, acquisitions and restructuring, she brings understanding of the commercial and operational requirements of major transformation projects and aligns this with an appreciation of the human impact of change and how to manage and support staff through each stage. She has engaged with unions and has strong communication and relationship building skills. She has a range of experience in employee engagement, and the development and embedding of EVP(Employee Value Proposition) and Vision, Mission and Values in organisations.
She brings her many years of experience managing people and developing leadership skills to bear on her engagement with coaching and mentoring clients at all levels. As a qualified executive coach and experienced mentor, she facilitates clients in expanding their thinking and accessing meaningful answers.
