Lisa is a Life and Career Coach and graduated from The Irish Lifecoach Institute in 2022 after successfully completing the Diploma in Personal and Business Coaching. She also successfully completed the Certificate in Career Coaching course in 2022. Lisa is also a trainee psychotherapist.
Prior to becoming a coach, Lisa worked in the intellectual disability sector for 27 years and worked in various roles in Ireland, Scotland and England. The main theme in Lisa’s career has been her passion about empowering people to achieve their goals in life. It is this passion that promoted her name her business Empowerme.
As well as working as a self-employed Life and Career Coach Lisa also works part time with Care Alliance Ireland on their work readiness programme for family carers. Re-emerge - the next chapter is for you is an 11 month programme that aims to support family carers back into paid employment. The programme focusses on the
emotional, physical and mental well-being along with the practical training required.
