Nuala McGuinn is the Director at the Centre for Adult Learning & Professional Development at University of Galway. Nuala has over 25 years’ experience working with adult learners in the area of course development & careers advising. She has successfully worked with adults in identifying potential study pathways which meet their career objectives. With a particular interest in online and blended learning, Nuala will present some useful insights into the Lifelong Learning landscape in Ireland, in particular her presentation will focus on the emerging area of micro-credentials as a flexible, upskilling pathway.
