Her mission is to create meaningful connections with each new employee once they join Chanelle Pharma. Rosemarie has been instrumental in developing an innovative approach to Induction and On-boarding across the Chanelle group. It entails an immersive 30-60-90-day employee experience while ensuring a pathway to create Employee Development opportunities throughout the Employee Lifecycle.
