Earlier this year, HID Global won the contract for Ireland's Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) to provide a new operating system for the department's passport service. HID Global's HID Integrale™ software system makes the management of applications easier and more efficient by providing a citizen-centric case management solution connected to all services for the issuing of passports and related documents.

About Tara

Tara Neary, BA (Hons) Psychology, currently works in a community development setting as a career coach, providing training and one-to-one coaching to those looking to step into a new career.

Tara has also completed a Diploma in Life Purpose Coaching and is passionate about helping people to find the right career path for them, one that lights them up and resonates with who they are as a person, where their natural interests lie and what they love to do.  She is also professionally trained in coaching people in the technical aspects of career development, such as job searching strategies, CV development, interview techniques and goal setting.

In her work, Tara uses an Advantaged Thinking approach.  This takes the positive approach of focusing and building on the persons existing strengths, skills, innate intelligence, knowledge and experience and how these can be used as a platform for further development towards the persons goals.

Through training and coaching people, Tara helps encourage people to step outside of self-limiting beliefs they hold and open up their mind to possibilities available and consider their own potential.  She then supports them in a grounded, practical way to start moving step by step towards achieving their life goals.
