Abtran is the largest Irish owned and headquartered Business Process Management company, founded in 1997 with just 6 employees. We now have a team of over 1,600 strong sales, service and technology specialists who make it easy for customers to access high quality services from our clients and deliver an end-to-end seamless experience.

Headquartered in Cork, we have multiple sites across Ireland where we deliver a mix of outsourced, insourced and fully managed services.

Over the past twenty-five years, we’ve connected with millions of customers on behalf of trusted brands across the Energy, Transport, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Media, Technology and the Government sectors.

In March 2023, Cormac Walshe was appointed as our Managing Director. Cormac is responsible for mapping the organisational vision and strategic objectives of the company and delivering executive leadership to achieve these goals. He brings a wealth of experience, having led multilingual tech support operations, and has delivered large-scale transformation projects for enterprise brands including Accenture, Hewlett-Packard, Peloton and Vodafone.
