Rose is an EMCC-accredited Practitioner Coach and MSc in Business-Occupational Psychology candidate, with a Management Degree level 9, from a Technical University in Carlow, passionate about supporting people through moments of transition, growth, and rediscovery.
With over 15 years of international experience working with individuals and teams across different cultures, she has developed a strong understanding of how people grow and perform when they feel supported and understood.Throughout her career, she has helped people build confidence, develop their strengths, and move forward with greater clarity. Her work focuses on supporting individuals who may feel stuck, uncertain, or ready for change.
By combining her leadership background with her studies in Management, Coaching, and Business-Occupational Psychology, she helps people reconnect with their strengths and move forward with confidence.
Her coaching approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and practical insight. Rose aims to create a safe and supportive space where people can explore challenges, build self-belief, and develop a clearer direction in both their professional and personal lives.
She believes that moments of uncertainty can often become the starting point for meaningful transformation.
Rose will be offering career coaching consultations at Jobs Expo Dublin. Furthermore, she will be delivering her live seminar, Find Your Direction: Using the Wheel of Life to Discover Your Career Path, on the Agenda Stage on 17th October in Hall 2 in the RDS.
