Ireland has been crucial to the company’s global growth over the past decade and they already have product and cloud development teams in Dublin. They are actively hiring for a number of different roles, some of which are graduate positions and others, entry-level.

Guidewire will be looking for cloud operations, consulting managers, business analysts, project managers, HR and recruitment, engineering, technology consultants, and specialist cloud transition roles. The business already had 450 team members across their Irish bases and they plan to increase this number to 600 over the next two or three years.

Although their office is situated in Blanchardstown in Dublin, the roles are open to people all across Ireland and are entirely flexible. The business provides cloud-based software to over 450 casualty and property insurers like American National, Aviva UK, Alliance Insurance, Zurich Insurance, and MetLife.

Since they opened their first office in Ireland 10 years ago, their Dublin base has become the biggest employee community outside of the US and in Europe. They have offices in Madrid, London, Chennai, California, Sydney, Kuala, Lumpur, Mississauga, Krakow, and Exton also.

The brand new 85,000 square foot office building in Dublin has an executive briefing centre for its clients.  Information about the roles can be found on Guidewire’s career page.
