Silver Stream Healthcare Group was established in 1993 and currently operates eleven elderly care homes in Ireland, with a total of 742 beds. They're seeking Health Care Assistants to provide care and support to their residents enabling them to fulfil their daily activities and candidates must possess a friendly, caring personality, excellent communication skills and a FETAC Level 5 module in the care of the elderly is preferred.
A wide range of care options are available which includes Long stay residential care, Dementia focused care, Medical illness and End of life care as well as Short stay care with Respite, Transitional care, Post illness and Post operative convalescence care, with personalised and focused care in a safe and caring environment.
