Healthcare Assistant
Provide day-to-day support to adults and/or children with intellectual disabilities and complex needs, assisting with personal care, daily activities and promoting independence and dignity.
Social Care Worker
Support service users to achieve their personal goals through person-centred care, keyworking and the implementation of individualised care plans in residential or community settings.
Team Lead
Provide leadership and supervision to frontline staff, support the Person in Charge, and ensure high-quality, compliant care in line with HIQA standards.
Staff Nurse
Deliver high-quality nursing care, manage clinical needs, administer medication, and support staff teams to ensure the health and wellbeing of service users.
Person in Charge (PIC)
Hold overall responsibility for the management and compliance of a designated service, ensuring safe, high-quality care delivery in line with HIQA regulations, organisational policies and best practice
