About FMI

FMI was founded in 1995 by Margaret Lyons, CEO with the strong belief that retail success was best achieved with the right people. FMI employs and retains a high calibre of talent across all levels of the business. Their people are trained to manage the ever changing and fast paced nature of field, events, demo’s, audits, merchandising, mystery shopping and call centre operations in Ireland. Nicola de Beer became MD in 2014 and is supported by Libby Keeling, Company Director.

In 2013, FMI launched their Contact Centre service which allowed the company to offer a complete end-to-end service offering to existing clients to support their field activity as well as offer a flexible contact centre solution to new clients. In 2019, the Contact Centre was expanded and systems updated to ensure a fully omni-channel and flexible solution for their client partners.

In 2015, FMI expanded their field business operations into Northern Ireland setting up the Belfast office. Their services in Northern Ireland include sales, merchandising auditing & contact centre support.

In 2020, FMI celebrate their 25th year in business and in that time has grown to become one of the largest independent field marketing companies in Ireland. The core business objectives are focused around 5 pillars - great client service, developing new business, strengthening the organisation, maintaining their “can do” culture and continuous improvement.

FMI's long-term partnerships with their existing client base is a source of considerable pride within the business with an average of 6 & ½ years partnership across their client portfolio.
