History of Matrix Recruitment Group
Established in 1998 as WBS Recruitment by Kieran McKeown, the company initially specialised in accountancy recruitment. Kieran has a fellowship from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants as well as over 20 years’ industry experience.
Matrix Recruitment Group has grown significantly over the past two decades. The company's first office was located in George’s Street in Waterford. Three years later, they opened a second office in Tullamore.
In 2006, the company re-branded as Matrix Recruitment Group. In addition, they opened two new offices in Carlow and Athlone. At this stage, the team had increased to 15 members. Furthermore, the business began recruiting for an increasing number of sectors.
Matrix now has 5 offices and 25 staff across Ireland.
