About Lorraine
Lorraine is a Career & Interview Coach and runs a coaching company in Cork called Career & Interview Success (www.careerandinterviewsuccess.ie). She has a BBS in Business & HR from the University of Limerick and qualified as an Executive Coach in 2009.She previously worked in the recruitment industry for 18 years locally and internationally. Herprevious roles included Recruitment Account Director where she successfully managed a number of large multi-national/ global clientswithin the technology, online advertising and financial services sectors.
As a Career & Interview Coach Lorraine offers complete career support from A-Zsupporting clients with all of their needs within the Career Management area from Career Direction/ Career Transition Coaching to the practicalities of interview preparation, CV updating and tailoring, creating an impactful LinkedIn profile and job search strategies.
For the corporate sector she offers a range of workshops including Interview Skills Training for Hiring Managers, Coaching Skills for Managers, Recruitment workshops for Talent Acquisition Professionals as well as Outplacement programmes and coaching within the career management space.
Lorraine is passionate about ensuring that our third level graduates are “interview ready” and has run a successful interview skills coaching programme called “Fit4Work” in partnership with it@cork, CIT and UCC.Her key focus is on supporting individuals to be the best version of themselves and to make informed career decisions.
