Claire Bain, Next Steps

Claire is an experienced Career Coach and Personal Development specialist. She supports people to get the best out of themselves – and has a track record of achieving this. She specialises in Career Coaching and Interview Preparation, and also delivers training courses in a variety of topics (personal development, organisational change, leading through change, change awareness, competency-based interviews etc).

Claire draws on the skills and knowledge she has gained from 28 years’ business experience. This includes 15 years’ operational management experience in a world-class organisation (GlaxoSmithKline).  She is an accredited coach through the Association for Coaching.

 

Joanna Binder, Toward Your Dream Coaching

Joanna Binder is an Accredited Life and Executive Coach that helps people to introduce positive change in their personal and professional lives. She believes that people are limitless and capable of amazing achievements, and she supports them in achieving their goals.

Joanna also has several years of experience in recruitment. In this capacity, she has reviewed hundreds of CVs and successfully prepared a number of candidates for job interviews by working on their answers, discovering their strengths and potential, and building up their confidence.

Joanna is fascinated by the human mind, people's life choices, and how we can all have happier lives. From her earliest years, Joanna has been curious about the world and people's stories.

 

Angela Brophy, Ready2Succeed Coaching

Angela Brophy started Ready2Succeed Coaching because she believes that coaching is the way forward in life, career and business.

Angela specialises in confidence building, motivation and planning, working with you to design your 'Road Map' for success and helping you plan how you will get there.

She is an Executive, Life & Career Coach Practioner, working in both Ireland and the UK. Angela is a Member of the European Coaching & Mentoring Council, as well as a qualified and experienced Financial Advisor and Reflexologist.

 

Naomi Caball, Naomi Caball Coaching

Naomi Caball is a creative who is passionate about people and their potential. It is her mission to encourage and empower others to use their own creative powers to unlock the potential of their lives through the coaching process.

Naomi specialises in creative thinking, is a qualified Executive & Life Coach, holds a Masters in professional Design Practise, a Professional Diploma in Creative Advertising, a Degree in Visual Communication and has a foundation in Art & Design.

She lives by the sea in Skerries, and is also a wife, mum, daughter, sister, friend, educator, designer, singer, gardener and general lover of life.

 

Mary Curran, Centre for Professional & Personal Development

Mary Curran is one of Ireland’s most experienced professional and personal development coaches, as well as a trainer and supervisor.  Mary’s background is in Public Relations and Marketing.  She set up her own business, Pavlova Pantry, an Australian-style restaurant, which won the ESB Innovative Business Ideas Competition in 1988.

In November 1999, she opened the Centre for Professional & Personal Development.  She works with SMEs, industry bodies, professional consulting and financial services firms. Her clients include the Law Society of Ireland, AIB Bank, Ulster Bank, Institute of Engineers, Laois Chamber of Commerce, Team of Solicitors, Bridgestone Ireland, Oracle and Accenture, where her coaching was instrumental in preparing senior managers to become partners.

Mary is also on the faculty for VHI Corporate Solutions, where she provides facilitation, training and coaching on work-life balance, retirement planning, stress management and change management. Mary is accredited in a number of behavioural psychology models and psychometrics which are integrated into her coaching work.

 

Alan Hill

Alan Hill has over twenty years senior management experience in Supply Chain, Procurement & People Development.

A qualified coach, Alan is keen to help others recognise their skills and find their passion.

 

Maite Lopez , Space2Change

Maite Lopez is a career change and pathfinding coach with qualifications in Personal and Business Coaching, Career Coaching and Theatre in Education.

She is also the Barbara Sher success team leader for Dublin creating support groups who help each other achieve their goals. She has changed careers five times in her life working in a variety of industries from theatre to online marketing and started three businesses.

Over the last five years she has worked with clients of all ages and nationalities who want to change careers, but are stuck. Maite Lopez supports clients with her positivity, vision, planning and connections to various industries, and holds you accountable to achieve your goals as your personal whip cracker (in a nice, non-threatening way).

 

Gay White, Head of HR at the Institute of Banking

A Registered Work and Organisational Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland, Gay White is Head of Human Resources at the Institute of Banking. Gay is an experienced Learning & Development professional with over thirty years business experience, gained through a variety of roles, both in business and HR, in the financial services sector and more recently through her consultancy practice. She is particularly interested in the development of the individual as well as organisation and leadership development.

Through her consultancy practice Gay worked with many clients at all levels of seniority to assist them in securing employment, from the initial CV preparation through to the interview. She has also delivered training programmes and lectures on CV writing and interview techniques.

A business and executive coach and a former lecturer on postgraduate MBA programmes, Gay volunteers as a mentor for undergraduate students as part of a structured mentorship programme and has worked with students to offer them career coaching. She has been guest speaker at a number of events, with CV preparation being one of her regular topics.

Gay is a Fellow of the Irish Institute of Training & Development and is qualified in the use of a range of Psychometric instruments. She holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology awarded by Birkbeck, University of London.
