Originally from Brazil, Juracy has lived and worked in Brazil, Argentina, Ireland, and the Philippines. He is trilingual in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and is currently learning French. Consiglia Sorge is an EMCC‑accredited identity and mental fitness coach with over a decade of senior corporate experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects across multiple countries. Having navigated several career changes herself, she brings a grounded, human understanding of what it means to reinvent yourself. Today, she supports individuals through moments of transition, reinvention, and self‑trust, helping them understand what drives them, recognise internal resistance, and build the mental fitness needed to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Luke Treacy is the CEO of the Business Technology Academy, a tech-education business based in Dun Laoghaire.

Luke is an experienced executive in technology, media and digital publishing having previously served as CEO/Managing Director of two businesses in the UK and two in Ireland including an AI focused research business based on Silicon Roundabout in London.

Luke holds an MBA from Imperial College London and has previously studied Artificial Intelligence at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Digital Strategies at the University of Oxford.
