Swilly Group to exhibit at Jobs Expo Dublin this October

We are very pleased to announce that the Swilly Group will be taking part in Jobs Expo this October.

Established in 1975, the Swilly Group is one of the leading providers of training, recruitment and employment support services in Ireland. The company serves industries such as transport, driving, tourism, hospitality, care services and outdoor activities. They have achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation of its quality and environmental management systems and they have formally agreed quality assurance procedures with QQI/FETAC.

Training services

The Swilly Group provide a range training services. First off, they offer general business and information technology (IT) training courses. These meet the needs of individuals, SMEs, local authorities or large corporations. They can also deliver bespoke training programmes customised to suit the needs of companies or organisations.

Secondly, the company provide a range of health and safety training courses. Their health and safety training courses include occupational first aid, emergency first aid, risk awareness, manual handling and many more.

Furthermore, Swilly Group provides a range of hotel and tourism training courses for individuals, hotels, bars and restaurants. In addition, they offer childcare and healthcare courses for crèches, nursing homes, childcare facilities and the Health Service Executive (HSE).


The Swilly Group was one of the largest and most successful providers of Momentum training programmes. Momentum is a labour market activation programme. This is managed by SOLAS and is delivered primarily by private training providers. Under Momentum, the Swilly Group developed a number of multi-employability support programmes. They delivered Momentum programmes to almost 500 candidates. They also secured almost 400 job placements with over 200 employers.

Driver Training

Swilly Group has a team of highly qualified instructors approved by the Road Safety Authority (RSA). The company offers a range of driver training option. These include:

  • Buses and coaches
  • Truck and articulated truck driving
