Seabourn Cruise Line offers unique, luxury cruise vacations featuring ports of call around the globe. The company pioneered small-ship, ultra luxury cruising. Its fleet of intimate, all-suite ships carry between 450 and 600 guests each. These visit the most desirable destinations worldwide. Their ships sail into landmark cities and visit hidden gems where larger vessels cannot follow.

In 2009, Seabourn debuted Odyssey. Although larger than their original ships, Odyssey carries just 450 guests. Odyssey offers a wealth of amenities made possible by the highest ratio of space per guest in the cruise industry. This includes the largest spa on any luxury ship and generous private verandas on the vast majority of suites. Similar to Odyssey, Sojourn was launched in 2010 and Quest in 2011. The company’s expanded fleet allows them to offer more cruise destinations.

Working for Seabourn

Seabourn recruits at every level. The company also promotes from within, whenever and wherever possible. Therefore, they are looking for serious and highly motivated professionals who are keen to make a hospitality career at sea.

Seabourn offers exceptional development opportunities. First of all, new recruits undergo initial ship’s safety training. In addition, there is ongoing on-the-job training for all crew. All service related roles also receive further formal training.

Working on one of Seabourn’s ships is exciting, fun and also highly rewarding. Working at sea, contract periods tend to be four months on, two months off. The company offers competitive salaries.
