Vivion Madigan is the Branch Manager of Scottish Nursing Guild in Cork, overseeing the Operations, Sales, Accounts & Recruitment for Munster.

He has over 10 years’ experience in recruitment and Healthcare. He began his career in Recruitment in the Defence Forces where he served his time within the Irish Navy.

Vivion is a qualified Theatre Technician and from there he focused his career path on Healthcare Recruitment, having worked with various clients across the country.

Pat is a psychological coach whose aim is to help people find fulfilment in their careers and all other aspects of their lives, by focusing on their personalities and interests. Pat graduated in Hotel Management in 1998. Since then, he has carved out a successful career in Hospitality, Retail, sales and is also a business owner. He has developed business acumen and has gathered a wealth of experience in team leadership and management. He believes in approaching transformation from an empathetic standpoint and is comfortable making connections in the boardroom or the outhouse.
