Caitriona Ni Charra
“I’m a mother and grandmother living in Galway City. On a personal level, my greatest joys are: that my daughters turned out to be such good people and an asset to the world and that I followed by heart and passion by leaving my job after many years and am now a full-time self-employed coach.”
Eileen has worked in coaching and training for the past 12 years in the Private, Corporate and Public Sectors. Her background is in business, where her entrepreneurial spirit saw her start and successfully run different businesses, gaining wide experience in Management, Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service, Project Management, Problem Solving and Planning.
However, after training and working as a coach, she realised that Coaching was not just a career, for her it was a passion. Her approach is always client centred, believing that we (individually or as a team) always have our own answers, and if not, then enabling her clients to have the awareness to know their limitations, acknowledge them and reach for the solutions from others or elsewhere. This empowers her clients and creates huge learning, increasing awareness of the fact that many of the limitations they thought they had, were created within.
Lorraine McGuinness graduated from NUI Galway in 2012 with an MSc. in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management. In 2016, having realised a gap in the market, she established a CV writing business called CV Tips and Tricks in Sligo Town. In addition, she is a Freelance CV Consultant with Talent: Inc and CV Writers.
All of these experiences have enabled her to create over 800 professionally tailored, unique and keyword rich CVs for clients across Ireland, UK and overseas. She has worked with clients from CEO / Director level down to Sales Assistant / Graduates.
To really get a sense of the potential of clients, Lorraine draws out information that has been left out and use it to their advantage, strengthening their CV further to build confidence in their abilities.
